Modern Trade Planning Manager
Job description
- Manage Account performance by controlling market share results of strategic product categories and profit outcomes from customers.
- Responsible for preparing forecasts, promotional activities, and evaluating programs.
- Develop Spaceman programs and standardized display schemes applied at Stores.
- Develop customer strategies and category strategies using effective market information and customer profiles to develop promotion/activity programs at Stores.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop Customer Business Plans (CBP) and work with KAM Operations to create Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers.
- Manage the promotional budget for each product category.
Design POP activities aligned with JBP objectives to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Implement plans to execute programs at Stores and compile reports.
- Work with Key Account Management (KAM) team to ensure flawless execution of promotional programs as outlined in CBP (including negotiation with customers) and monitor promotional activities.
- Understand factors influencing category sales including seasonal factors, market purchasing power through market data analysis and timely information dissemination to Key Account Management and sales teams.
