The Opportunity

We're looking for our first team member in Vietnam to help take our mobile experience from good to exceptional. This is a unique chance to:

- Join an international product team

- Work on a product used by professionals worldwide

- Shape our technical presence in Vietnam from the ground up

Role Details

- Position: Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

- Location: Vietnam (Remote)

- Arrangement:

- Initial 3-month full-time freelance contract

- Opportunity for permanent full-time role after 3 months

- Potential to help build our Vietnam engineering hub

Your Impact

You'll be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining our Flutter-based mobile app

- Implementing real-time audio processing features

- Creating intuitive user interfaces for meeting capture

- Optimizing app performance and battery consumption

- Working directly with our founding team

Requirements

- Strong Flutter development experience (minimum 1 year)

- Proficiency in Dart programming

- Experience with state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod)

- Comfortable with RESTful APIs and JSON

- Git version control proficiency

- Excellent English communication skills

Preferred

- Experience with audio processing

- WebRTC knowledge

- Background in mobile performance optimization

- Previous work with AI/ML features

- Open source contributions
