Mixing Room Supervisor

Position: Mixing room Supervisor

Department/ Section: Production

Commander: Production Manager

Subordinate: Mixing room employees

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive instructions, cooperate and report to Production manager to ensure complete and accurate quantity of chemicals as well as chemical quality as required.

2. Control quality and productivity during chemical mixing based on standard formula of each product.

3. Check and promptly detect any unusual chemicals and report to superiors for appropriate solutions.

4. Coordinate work with other relevant Supervisors to smoothly deploy work and complete it according to the targets set by superiors.

5. Quality check of Machinery working condition and take action for maintenance if required.

6. Check and supervise to ensure that all employees in the area under his management always comply with regulations on wearing full protective gear and safety when operating machinery.

7. Look for opportunities to develop the staff under his management to achieve the goals and improvements define by the Company.

8. Strictly follow the company’s regulations, policies and procedures, including integrity and code of conduct in operating the business.

9. Follow local laws in Occupational Safety and Health and related regulations.

Years of Related Work Experience:

At least 1 year in Tannery or related field

Knowledge Requirements:

• Have knowledge of chemicals and regulations related to chemical management.

• Have experience working as teamwork and training subordinates.

• Experienced in staff management.

• Know in detail the documents, verifying and ensuring their application.

• Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.

Other Qualifications, Certifications Needs:

Management experience of (shift working pattern) knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S.

Language Skill:

Fluent in Vietnamese

Average in English

Pleasurable in Spanish
