We are looking for a Chinese speaking “Mill Sales Manager, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia” to execute excellence Mill Sales of full range business offerings by collaborating with Business Unit, Product sales and Sales Support team.
You will have challenge opportunities to show your sales professional in offering solutions to existing and prospect Chinese customers to drive customer’s excellence and gain sales volume, ensuring customer contacts and relation systematically and well monitored.
You will have a key role to propose sales budget, forecast, planning and action plan and execute after approval. Then ensure Profit & Loss of the projects sold and invoicing completion. By executing this, you will drive legal, business code of conducts and other business requirement compliance, as well as working together with all business units / lines on customer influence and sales / profits and encourage team to perform excellence through Must-Wins and corporate guidelines and policies.
You will work closely with Head of Sales (Chinese customers) to drive the business growth, proactive and collaborative culture, learning attitude.
As an energic team, you will need to ensure your high-level professionality in service and remain with quality, safety, satisfaction and continuous development and learning attitude.

Requirements:
Beside of your engaged, self-motivated active team player with "can do" attitude, you are equipped with:
• Bachelor of Engineering or related fields.
• 7 years up experience in sales professionals relating to pulp & paper business or similar.
• Knowledge in engineering technics and interpretation to customer understanding.
• Familiar with Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia business relevant laws is plus.
• Good commercial understanding and customer-oriented aligning with business direction.
• Familiar with modern management tools and technology
• Good at presentation / communications and decent when appearing to customer’s face.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Target and result oriented with team effort and team player.
• Positive attitude and willing to develop own self and being role model.
• Ready to travel.
