Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Analyst (Focus Production)

Main goal:

ERP consultant/ ERP specialist/

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 development project;

• System Configuration: Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to fit business processes, including workflows, forms, entities, and reports.

• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.

• Integration: Assist in integrating Dynamics 365 with other internal systems and third-party applications. Requirements analysis, architecture development, design of developed solutions, including integrations with related services;

• Analyze Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and its various modules (modul production)

• Production Module Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Production Module, optimizing manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production planning.

• User Training: Lead training sessions for production teams, ensuring that users know how to leverage the Production Module fully.

• Decomposition and analysis of backlog tasks;

• Setting tasks for implementation/revision to developers;

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Preparation of user documentation.

• Participation in acceptance tests;

• Organization of demonstration and acceptance of functionality by interested parties.

• Fluent in English

• Experience in managing and leading Dynamics 365 implementation or upgrade projects is a plus.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.

• Experience of at least 3 years as a systems analyst based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in the Production Module.

• Deep knowledge of production processes, manufacturing execution, and supply chain principles.

• Experience in project implementation.

• Experience in implementing integration with external systems

• Experience in designing data storage structures.

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and modules.

• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, UML, IDEF or similar notation.
