Job description
- Serving as the main contact between Got It and key strategic partners to ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration.
- Aim to establish strong, mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships with leading brands.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure outcomes that benefit both parties while aligning with Got It’s business objectives and market position.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Product Development, Legal) to integrate with partners at the commercial, operational, and service agreement levels, ensuring all projects and activities remain on track.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of our leading brands, collect feedback, and work with internal teams to enhance features, functionalities, and operational processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on market analysis and partner feedback.
Job requirements
- At least 8+ years of working experience in sales, key accounts, and partnership management.
- Proven track record of working with top brands and managing large-scale partnerships.
- Experience in project management, merchant acquisition, and supplier management are highly beneficial.
- Adopting a product mindset for solution development and implementation, with the ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new thoughts.
- Strong business development ability, good at business negotiation, able to independently reach and promote external cooperation.
- Ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
