Merchandiser (Female)

- Follow the status of the orders, be the bridge between customers and factory.

- Follow up the offer, sample development, Pro-forma Invoice

- Check and track the payment of customers; manage arising invoices and debts;

- Receive and handle customer feedback and complaints about products, services and service quality;

- Marketing task: Support making videos, livestream or posting products,....

- Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader / Manager or Director/p/p

- Female or LGBT is prefered

- Must be good at English 4 skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading)

- Experience in Furniture Industry is a priority

- Skillful in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) application

- Knowledge of job duties for sales admin and back office (PI, invoices, …)

- Be careful and precise

- Want to work long time for company.

- Long life learning spirit, hard working and work well in details.

- Sense of understanding customers' requirement.
