Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all facility systems, including building systems, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.

• Analyze to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments, repairs, or improvements, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

• Supervise subcontractors during maintenance activities for MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) systems.

• Estimate material, labor, or construction costs for maintenance work.

Key Tasks and Duties

• Check and monitor the operation status of all MEPF systems.

• Maintain MEPF equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Supervise subcontractors in maintaining MEPF systems.

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

• Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.

• Perform other tasks as required by the manager or leader.

Education and Certification Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.

• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position in an industrial factory.

• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), including functional and monitoring aspects.

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.

• Prefer candidates residing near MAV Factory (Yen My, Hung Yen).
