MEP Assisstant Manager

- Be responsible and coordinate with partner to check and review the Mechanical/Electrical design.

- Manage and coordinate with consultants in submission and obtain the agreement for the project power consumption capacity, power connection plan, design approval with authorities and EVN and other authorities.

- Propose the development plan of power network within the project in accordance with project master schedule.

- Propose and implement the optimization plan for renewable energy integrating into power network.

- Responsible for supervising of the on-site construction include but not limited to quality, time, health and safety supervision.

- Prepare the operation & development guideline for mechanical/power system, power connection scheme to tenant/household.

- At least 5 years of experience in power system development and project management for high-rise building residential projects

- Having experience in dealing with authorities, EVN on related matters to electricity

- Having knowledge/experience on renewable energy project (solar energy) would be an added advantage

- Having construction supervision license would be an added advantage

- Possess positive attitude such as strong willingness to learn, honesty, and work ethics

- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both written and oral form. Must be able to communicate and write in English

- Strictly follow integrity and anti-corruption policy of the company

- Good leadership skills to promote teamwork to achieve common goals

- Good English skills
