MEM Operation Manager (Quản lý thiết bị)

Role

- To deliver MEM AOP as new equipment installation in locations to support SOG to sales team in business growth; Ensure all asset are controlled well & qualified as standard of both SPVB & Global; Provide an excellent service to customer in term of best-in-class R&M service & food safety compliance.

Key Accountabilities

1. Asset installation/ Recall: Take responsibility to

- Guide & deploy AOP to sales team as MEM strategy

- Ensure progress to meet timeline & asset qualified 3R (Right store - Right size - Right strategy).

- Ensure equipment are in good condition, safety, hygiene, good appearance, etc.

2. Asset management

- Ensure all asset be controlled well under MEM system by QR code/ taken picture/ document.

- Ensure MEM process operate on market comply with MEM policy

- Detect risks & propose action to mitigate or enhance system to manage asset efficiency.

3. Food safety

- Take responsibility to manage & ensure Food Safety Compliance of MEM equipment matching with SPVB & Global standard.

- Work with R&M agencies to set maintenance agenda properly for Technician & deliver preventive action plan to mitigate and eliminate risks of Food Safety if any.

- Work with MEM Solution to ensure Safety in all of service operation for Company due to using Hydrocarbon equipment (highest level Flammability Gas) when deploy execution to R&M agencies.

4. MEM Service: to ensure

- All asset be qualified MEM standard in both new & refurbishment.

- DIFOT in both installation & recall.

- R&M compliance on market.

• Education

University graduation

• Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills)

At least 3 years experiences in Management role in Technical / Sales.

Candidate with technical & logistic background is preferred.

Detailed Oriented

Analytical, systematically, problem solving skills

Able to travel on a frequent basis for market visit
