Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

1. Job Overview:

Ensure all machineries and equipment are in good condition, perform at highest efficiency and zero

production impact due to equipment breakdown by developing >> implementing >> maintaining >>

improving the Effective Preventive Maintenance program and safely enhancing the team's PM Capability. Toward the Goal of bringing Camso Vietnam to be the best in class on Preventive Maintenance program.

2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

2.1. Responsible for the assurance of people and machine safety compliance in all PM activities.

2.2. Responsible for safety behaviors of own and the involved technician team members.

2.3. Responsible for developing the PM procedure, implementing and maintaining the PM, PDM program to minimize the production loss due to equipment unreliability.

2.4. Responsible to monitor the equipment performance after finishing the PM for further improvement through PM, Breakdown report.

2.5. Responsible for reviewing and controlling the daily tasks to ensure high efficiency and minimize production interruption due to inefficiency PM activities.

2.6. Responsible to analyze the equipment breakdown, investigate the failure, propose and execute the solution to improve the PM program.

2.7. Responsible to direct Maintenance Technician at troubleshooting to ensure the issues are fixed properly.

2.8. Responsible for identifying the skill requirement of PM team, assist Supervisors to execute the training plan.

2.9. Responsible to the continuous improvement of the PM program: faster service, high efficiency, and lower costs.

2.10. Responsible to work closely with maintenance Planner and PDM on PM and PDM plan.

2.11. Responsible to work with project team when required to ensure the improvement and sustaining of PM program.

2.12. Responsible to take other maintenance tasks as per requirement from supervisors.

2.13. Ensure to follow up the guidance and training provided by the company to develop competencies and to extend responsibilities as a mid-long term development goals.

2.14. Support the SAP PM module improvement and the relevant procedures.

2.15. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/electromechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Professional experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing company
