Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a brand already performing at the top of e-commerce platforms and help accelerate growth while optimizing costs. You'll collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, CRM,... to drive sales campaigns and grow brand presence.
Description
* Architect user experience and manage the workflow of TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook, with a focus on driving growth;
* Have the experience to work and manage MCN (stands for Multi-Channel Network), acts as an intermediary between content creators and brands or advertisers, to follow up and drive the growth of KPIs with other functions;
* Work with KOLs/ KOCs/ Creators to build and develop the Key Plans, evaluate the plan/ strategy to adjust as directions of BODs;
* Lead the teams including planning, livestream, talent hubs,… to work and ensure the operation and KPIs as assigned;
* Recommend and execute compelling promotions, sales campaigns, and offerings to drive customer acquisition and engagement;
* Identify business needs, develop project requirements and other documentation as required; focus on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook bases;
* Lead development of internal processes for content management, product development and continuous improvement;
* Serve as a thought leader, identifying new revenue opportunities through research, business unit feedback, and sales performance analysis;
* Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives, pushing the business forward to exceed financial targets;
* Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives;
* Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability;
* Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns;
* Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking, for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook;
* Build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop eCommerce solutions, for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook;
* Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects across all functions;
* Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics;
* Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects;
* Plan, manage, and optimize ad spend across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook, with a focus on driving growth;
* Set KPIs, develop growth strategies, and align campaigns with commercial objectives to drive sales and optimize ROI;
* Lead TikTok ad campaigns, including livestream ads, shopping videos, and video content, ensuring leadership in the category;
* Run other kinds of Ads & Media for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook as key strategies of Ecommerce which can drive the performance of channels as KPIs assigned, with creativeness and focused plan across functions;
* Analyze and report on campaign performance; provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing ad spend and improving conversion rates;
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad strategies are integrated with broader marketing goals;
* Stay updated on e-commerce trends and social commerce best practices to keep campaigns fresh and competitive;
* Stay and develop the CRM programs for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook as strategy;
* Other tasks assigned by CEO and Deputy CEO to drive the key strategy across all functions.
Profile
* 3-5 years of experience (min) in digital media and ad campaign management, particularly in the FMCG or F&B sectors;
* Proven expertise in TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Facebook ads, with a focus on performance marketing;
* Strong analytical skills for tracking performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates;
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take initiative in strategic decision-making.
