II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue and ensure the company’s communication effectiveness. This position plays a key role in connecting business strategy with actual marketing activities.
2. Job Description:
Develop marketing strategies, plan and implement specific marketing activities for each project and product to ensure brand building, contribute to developing and maintaining target customers.
• Design and build the branding department of each project
• Design and build sales tools and advertising and communication applications for the project
• Organize and build appropriate and convenient information channels to help customers access information about the project quickly and easily.
Build the group's digital marketing development strategy:
• Manage and optimize the group's digital platforms such as the home page, project website, social networks and digital platforms related to the group and the project.
• Implement Digital Marketing campaigns to attract potential customers for the projects (lead generation)
• Build and effectively implement advertising programs, sales events, customer care and project exhibitions according to the approved plan.
Building, developing and maintaining the brand image of the group and the project:
• Design and upgrade the brand identity of the group and its member companies
• Managing the brand image of the group and its member companies
• Building a strategy to develop the quantity and quality of customers
Budget management:
• Establish, implement and monitor the budget for marketing activities, ensure that the budget is spent reasonably, effectively supporting business activities and within the approved budget
Contractor Management:
• Work with agency, brand consultants in developing advertising, communication and brand identity strategies for the group and for each project
• Work and recommend suitable suppliers to implement items in the Marketing plan effectively with the best quality
Employee Management and Development:
• Clearly assign tasks to subordinates; organize effective work supervision
• Create conditions for the development of all employees in the department, including succession planning for key roles.
• Train employees through practical work
Research:
• Regularly update new marketing, advertising and promotion trends, especially in the real estate sector
• Regularly update real estate market trends and other sectors that have a direct impact on the real estate market..
• Regularly research the market, update trends in customer preferences when buying or selling real estate products
• Perform other tasks as directed by the direct Manager.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related fields.
• Over 08-10 years of experience in a similar position at large-scale real estate corporations. Priority is given to candidates with experience in low-rise products, luxury tourism and resort products.
• Experience in managing and implementing 360 Marketing campaigns.
• Training and working with foreign elements is a plus.
• Work and time management, planning.
• Market research, market data analysis, customer data.
• Budget planning and management and evaluation of effectiveness of activities in marketing strategies.
• People management.
• Good communication skills in English.
