Marketing Expert (Web3)

Position Overview

We are looking for mid-level Marketing Experts with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies and community building. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience while maintaining the technical integrity of our Web3 vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, with a focus on X (formerly Twitter) and other Web3-native channels

- Create engaging content that educates and excites our community about Terminus.network's offerings

- Build and maintain relationships with Web3 KOLs and local community leaders

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, community engagement, and campaign performance

- Stay up-to-date with Web3/blockchain industry trends and incorporate relevant developments into marketing strategies

- Coordinate with the team to ensure marketing messages align with product developments and company milestones

- Manage and grow our community channels, fostering meaningful discussions and engagement

- Plan and execute community events, AMAs, and other engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in Web3/blockchain projects

- Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems

- Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities

- Established network of connections with Web3 KOLs and community leaders

- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)

- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms

- Strong analytical skills to track and report on marketing metrics

Desired Skills & Attributes

- Experience with Web3 community management tools and platforms

- Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and DeFi protocols

- Understanding of tokenomics and Web3 business models

- Experience in organizing virtual and physical blockchain/Web3 events

- Additional language skills are a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
