Branding:
• Social Media Management: Oversee company social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to align with brand goals and drive engagement.
• Brand Asset Creation: Develop and maintain brand assets (graphics, videos) for social media, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
• Campaign Execution: Lead creative campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Threads to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Planning: Plan content calendars with posts, promotions, and interactive content to keep channels active.
• Performance Monitoring: Track social media metrics (traffic, engagement) and optimize campaigns for better results.
Acquisition:
• Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor trends and audience behavior to drive acquisition through the right channels.
• Performance Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize performance channels to acquire new users and retain existing ones.
• App Marketing: Execute app marketing strategies, including ASO, user acquisition, and retention efforts.
• Keyword & SEO Strategy: Develop and optimize keywords for app marketing and SEO to ensure visibility and reach.
• Ad Campaign Management: Run ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook) to drive user acquisition and performance.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Campaign Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance (traffic, conversions, ROI) to ensure effectiveness.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve acquisition efficiency.
• Report Generation: Prepare performance reports with recommendations for future strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies.
• External Partnerships: Manage relationships with influencers and media partners to enhance reach.
High-Pressure Performance:
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meet deadlines.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including app marketing, SEO, and media buying.
• Open to relocating to Sri Lanka
• Proven success in managing campaigns across digital channels (social media, SEO, ad networks).
• Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), user acquisition, and retention.
• Knowledge of keyword research, SEO, and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Familiarity with the Vietnamese market, particularly in gaming, esports, and sports.
• Strong communication, content creation (writing, design, video), and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English preferred.
