Marketing Executive (Contractor 3 Months)

*Key Activities:

This role will support Product Marketing Manager on the following tasks:

• Business Development Fund (BDF):

- Allocated budget letters

- Payment process (working with sales, accountants): checking documents, tracking and exporting proof of sales volume and approved budget, following up with final reimbursement

• Contracted Outlets (CTO):

- Contracts, appendices

- Update and keep track on incentive

- Incentive payment process (working with sales, Marketing admin, accountants): checking documents, tracking sales volume, calculating incentive, following up with final payment

LPG: payment process related to signage/billboard

Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.

- Fresher or had at least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Administration, Accounting.

- Ability to speak fluently both Vietnamese and English.

- Careful, detail-oriented, responsible and hard working.

- Fast-learning with good attitude.
