Job description
Campaign Management:
• Review and update ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of content and assets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Content Creation and Management:
• Draft and schedule social media posts across all platforms.
• Create and send out daily/weekly newsletters or email campaigns.
• Update website content and ensure it aligns with current marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
Event Coordination:
• Plan and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are on track.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to confirm arrangements.
• Coordinate and manage events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Prepare event materials, such as banners, brochures, and giveaways.
• Handle last-minute event logistics and troubleshoot any issues.
Team Collaboration:
• Attend daily stand-up meetings or team huddles to align on priorities.
• Work with the design team to brainstorm ideas for upcoming marketing materials.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and media contacts.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Compile daily performance reports for marketing campaigns and events.
• Track budget spend and ensure all activities are within budget.
• Prepare presentations for weekly or monthly review meetings.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
Customer Engagement:
• Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond promptly.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints related to marketing activities or events.
Administrative Tasks:
• Manage and update the marketing calendar with upcoming campaigns and events.
• Organize and file marketing materials, contracts, and other documents.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks or requests from senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Job requirements
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and event coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines..
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
