Job description
1. General operation and analysis of social media
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube channel content management, sponsored advertisement execution, customer feedback management, etc.
- Communication with social media agencies, scheduling, Content planning
- Status analysis by social media channel (content, customer, sponsored advertisement results)
2. Digital advertising planning and operation
Google Display Network (GDN), Grab, Zalo banner advertising planning, banner design, targeting, result analysis, etc.
3. Market research, and competitor information on the Vietnamese market related to digital marketing
4. English interpretation service for business operation and counterpart meeting.
5. Other assigned tasks
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
- Strong inbuilding and developing content on Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
- Good experience in marketing performance
- Good-writing skills in English
- Experience in Shopping Mall/Retail is an advantage
