Mapping Media
• Analyze category trends, historical data, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Define communication strategies to support ATL forecasts and optimize Year-To-Go (YTG) communication plans.
• Identify communication risks and opportunities to enable swift, agile business adjustments.
• Develop and integrate emerging consumer touchpoints into the overall brand-building journey.
• Optimize the end-to-end customer experience by identifying key touchpoints and critical moments that influence satisfaction and loyalty.
• Leverage digital consumer insights to design engagement strategies that reduce friction, improve satisfaction, and align with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement experience enhancements and measure their impact on consumer behavior and business outcomes.
IMC Planning
• Drive integrated communication strategies and planning for all campaigns across the brands, serving as a key partner to the brand team.
• Analyze the customer journey to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Assess and refine integrated communication proposals from cross-agency teams.
• Adapt media concept plans to align with changes in business objectives, KPIs, or marketing/media strategies.
• Evaluate booking strategies across various channels, including TV, Digital, Mobile, OOH, Social KOL, and Sponsorship.
• Measure and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of media placements against defined KPIs.
Optimization, Measurement, and Innovation
• Develop a structured reporting framework to monitor and evaluate media performance KPIs.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with media partners and suppliers to drive value and innovation.
• Assess and negotiate partnership sponsorship packages for optimal outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging market trends, new branding initiatives, commercial strategies, and regulatory changes.
• Proactively recommend innovations to enhance brand relevance and campaign performance.
• Address ad-hoc requirements from the brand team with agility and precision.
Collaboration role:
• Build effective communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture among agencies, encouraging positive engagement and problem-solving.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a seamless and consistent consumer experience.
• Lead consumer experience initiatives from ideation through to successful execution.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5-6 years of experience in marketing communication, with a preference for candidates experienced in communication planning.
• Strong understanding of brand-building fundamentals, including brand funnel and health tracking.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as PowerBI and a solid understanding of Martech solutions.
• Demonstrated agility in problem-solving and strategic planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
