We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate based in Hanoi, Vietnam, with experience studying abroad. In this role, you will support our marketing team in executing campaigns,coordinating efforts between global teams, and analyzing marketing performance. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and has a keen understanding of international markets.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

• Assist in planning and implementing social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines are met.

• Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly data reports for key metrics such as impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.

Team Coordination:

• Act as the liaison between teams in the US and Vietnam, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on priorities and deadlines.

• Schedule and organize cross-team meetings, maintaining clear agendas and follow-up notes.

Marketing Content Assistance:

• Assist and collaborate with the design teams to produce high-quality blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.

• Ensure all content is reviewed, localized (if necessary), and consistent with Everfit’s brand guidelines.

Market Research:

• Utilize various research tools and methods (including AI tools like ChatGPT) to conduct ongoing research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to assist with marketing strategies.

• Compile and present quarterly market insight reports to keep the team informed and aligned with market developments.

Performance Analysis:

• Analyze weekly data from campaigns and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Identify trends and recommend actionable strategies to improve performance.

Client Engagement:

• Assist with community management, responding to inquiries, and engaging with Everfit’s social media community to build strong brand connections.

• Support in gathering client feedback through surveys and interviews to improve products and marketing efforts.

Event Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of online and offline events, including webinars, partner collaborations, and community activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in AI research tools, such as Chat GPT.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Intercom, or similar, is preferred.

• Strong familiarity with SEO best practices, content marketing strategies, and affiliate marketing programs is preferred.

• Demonstrate creative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive approach and a passion for the fitness and tech industries.

• Preferably based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
