POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Market Research Manager responsible for overseeing research projects, managing the Research team, and contributing to the strategic growth of our business. This role combines managerial oversight with a hands-on approach to proposal creation, ensuring the successful delivery of client-focused insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and a proactive attitude toward developing client relationships and driving project success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Project Oversight and Execution:
• Supervise and manage the entire lifecycle of multiple research projects across quantitative and qualitative domains.
• Delegate tasks effectively to Senior Research Executives and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the escalation point for addressing project challenges and maintaining smooth operations.
2. Insight Development and Reporting:
• Review and approve reports, presentations, and insights prepared by the Senior Research team.
• Conduct high-level analyses to support key findings and ensure actionable insights are delivered to clients.
• Drive innovation in data visualization and reporting formats for impactful client communication.
3. Research Management and Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with Director to understand client challenges and define research objectives.
• Take the lead in creating detailed proposals, including methodology, sampling plans, budgets, and timelines to win new projects.
• Provide strategic guidance on research design and align project deliverables with client expectations.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to pitch customized solutions to clients.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
• Manage, mentor, and inspire the Senior Research Executives to enhance their professional growth and skillsets.
• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve internal processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
Yêu cầu công việc
Must have:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in market research or related fields (e.g., Consumer Insights, Marketing in FMCG industries).
• Proven track record in managing research projects and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of market research methodologies, questionnaire design, data analysis, and reporting.
• Exceptional ability to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience in proposal development and client-facing presentations.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
