Marine Outboard Project Manager

The overall purpose of this position:

To establish and lead the Marine outboard business in Vietnam, which includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from market research and strategy development to sales channel management and customer service support. The role requires collaboration with international manufacturers to ensure successful implementation, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the Vietnamese market. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for setting up key performance indicators (KPIs), managing budgets, and building a sales and network to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the entire domestic marine outboard project, cooperating with manufacturers in Japan and Thailand

• Conducting market research, analyzing customer needs and competitors, and establishing sales strategies

• Developing and managing sales channels (domestic dealers)

• Cost and budget control

• Setting up and monitoring KPIs for sales performance and customer satisfaction

• Setting up service and spare parts supply

• Other duties assigned by the company

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement); MBA or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Manager (CPM) is an advantage.

• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.

• Project Management Software: Microsoft Project or other project management software to plan, track, and manage tasks.
