* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to support business objectives.
* Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including websites, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
* Write and distribute press releases, blogs and manage content for lead generation initiatives.
* Support the marketing team in the execution of promotional events at MT and demo workshops.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align communication strategies.
* Manage junior marketing staff, providing guidance and support to subordinates’ growth.
* Encourage a collaborative team environment that promotes creativity and innovation.
* Monitor and manage quality of content, media.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
* Experience in Food and Beverage Industry or FMCG
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Leadership and experience working with young and dynamic team
