OVERALL
• Manage overall marketing communications in collaboration with Account, Design and IMC team to achieve the strategic goals
• Execute marketing communications proposals with Strategy Manager, analysing insights from market research and brand strategy to produce big ideas, brand direction and planning
• Liaise with Creative Director to produce creative concept and direction proposal to maintain brand consistency and alignment
• Supervise external stakeholders on marketing communications to maintain achievable results and work efficiency
• Manage marketing communications content and creative assets through development, production, proofreading, distributing, and monitoring for clients
• Report to Managing Director
1 JOB DESCRIPTIONS BRANDING
• Lead the discussion and negotiation of marketing and communications with client
• Work closely with Strategy Manager, Creative Director and Client Service Director on brand planning and media campaign execution
• Support Client Service Director in handling all queries in marketing and communications
• Supervise production with Creative Director and Production Manager to maintain quality and timeline
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
• Assist Production Manager on creative briefs with external stakeholders
• Produce corporate communication through the development of email newsletter that aligns with company’s branding and delivers up-to-date insights
• Assist IMC Manager on media booking briefs, planning and managing print and outdoor advertising
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
• Filing of documents
• Represent Managing Director in meeting with clients and key stakeholders
• Assist in coordination of meeting preparation
• Assist Managing Director and Client Service Director with minutes taking during meeting
• And other tasks assigned by Managing Director
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Understanding and experience of business development is an advantage
• Excellent time management skills; meticulous to details; good willingness to be hands-on
• Ideally, over 5-years of marketing and communications experience in branding and marketing agency
• Strong internal and external communication skills, with demonstrated success in team collaboration and management direction
• Willingness to work under pressure with tight deadline with flexibility regarding location and timing
• Independent work mindset with “can do” attitude
• Available to travel for work including trips to overseas
• Creative, innovative, and able to execute marketing strategies effectively
