Manufacturing - NC Engineer (Up to 25 Mil)

a) Manufacturing Engineer task (ME)

• Develop manufacturing process by drawing analysis to satisfy all customer requirements.

• Project management including project milestone & resources plan control.

• Deploy developing production of trial, first article to fit with delivery target.

• Develop engineering documents: BOM, production router, work instructions, etc, ...

b) NC Engineer task (NC)

• Responsible for developing NC programs for new products.

• Create technical documents and manual for new products.

• Evaluate and select necessary cutting tools for new products.

• Improve NC program to reduce machining time.

• Solve problems that occur during production and take corrective actions.

• Evaluate and improve processes in the production system.

• Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• University graduated or higher, majoring in Mechanical or related.

• At least 3 years of experience

• Ability to read/ understand mechanical drawings and relevant technology standards.

• Proficient in using Catia, NX, Solidworks...

• Good English

• Have basic knowledge of machining methods, tolerances... (for ME position)

• Experience in NC programming (milling, turning) ) (for NC position)
