Manager, Quality Control & Safety

• Develop and implement all policies, activities and procedures relevant to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Create and maintain quality control documentation and reports

• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as inspectors and regulatory agencies, to ensure project compliance

• Monitor construction processes to identify potential quality issues and provide solutions promptly

• Collaborate with project management team to address quality issues and implement correctives actions

• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall project performance

• Conduct risk assessment related to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment

• Train and educate staff on quality assurance standards and practice

• Document and maintain records of quality issues and resolutions

• Ensure all construction projects meet industry standards and regulations

• To liaise with certification body and external organization on issued related to quality

• Comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company

• Degree in project management or in relevant recruitment position and have at least 8 years site experience in the similar position

• Strong inclination towards quality management practices. Quality auditing experience is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 standards and/or in the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system

• Must be able to communicate and write in English fluently.

• Working in Ho Chi Minh/Binh Duong

• Possess positive attitude such as willing to learn, honest, dynamic and good working behavior.
