Work you will do:

We plan and deploy game-changing cognitive and digital technology to reduce costs, maximize efficiency, transform payments and revenue processes, and benefit from innovative and emerging business models.
You will work alongside our clients to help them make decisions and implement solutions based on "Heart of the Business" strategy development to drive business value. You will also assist in determining the requirements of clients’ projects and programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfill their needs. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. Finally, you will work independently and collaboratively in a team.
You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work – specifically in the areas of cost optimizations and/or reductions.
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
Assessing restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations’ service delivery.
Assist in proposal development, as requested.
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.

Requirements:
You are someone with:
Tertiary qualification in a business, or finance discipline with a well ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in a MBA program.
Min. 8 - 10 years and above of professional experience in a transformation or consulting role.
Experience in affluent banking and/or wealth management, retail banking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Affluent Banking and/or Wealth Management, with proven experience in delivering exceptional service and strategic solutions tailored to affluent client needs.
Knowledge of affluent banking and wealth management operations is highly desirable
With good experience leading business model design and implementation in areas of financial modelling, Operational Excellence (Opex), productivity and efficiency programs, etc.
Demonstrate experience & expertise across one or more of the following key functional responsibilities within Banking:
Customer Strategy
Conduct benchmarking to develop competitive Customer Value Propositions (CVP).
Design and optimize customer journeys and profiles to enhance client experiences.
Marketing
Drive marketing strategies to promote banking products and services effectively.
Product and Pricing
Innovate and develop new products and services tailored to affluent client needs.
Formulate finance and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Planning and Execution
Develop and execute business and operations plans aligned with strategic goals.
Create and implement sales and service operating models to improve efficiency.
Lead testing and piloting initiatives to ensure successful rollout of new offerings.
Provide training and facilitate knowledge transfer to teams for seamless implementation.
Proven experience effectively prioritising workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
