Job Summary: Join our dynamic team at KIS Vietnam as an ETF Market Maker (ETF Quantitative Trading/ETF Strategy & Trading) and contribute to the forefront of Vietnam's ETF market. You'll play a pivotal role in executing trading orders, managing risk, and collaborating with our team to optimize trading strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional services to our clients and driving our business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Trade Execution: Efficiently execute trading orders from proprietary trading strategies and client orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution across multiple securities.
• Risk Management: Continuously monitor and manage hedging positions, mitigating risks and optimizing profitability.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with our sales team to facilitate primary market transactions and address client inquiries.
• Reporting: Prepare daily reports on trading results, including position, trade profit, and cost of trading. Monitor trading performance for timely and accurate analysis.
• Strategy Optimization: Contribute to research efforts to enhance trading strategies, maximize profits, and minimize costs.
• Process Improvement: Automate tasks to improve the efficiency and accuracy of internal processes and reporting activities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and back-tests to evaluate and refine trading strategies, generating innovative trading ideas.
Yêu cầu công việc
Hard Skills:
• Proven experience in quantitative trading and hedging.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Math, coding and scripting skills are highly valued.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced trading environments and make quick decisions under pressure.
