Manager Marketing

• Develop plans, set budgets, solutions and organize the implementation of medium and short-term plans, goals across channels (content strategy, events, commercial marketing, digital, KOL ).

• Plan management, budget allocation, and carry out PR activities, branding, promotions, advertising, sponsorship, ETC.

• Operate and manage all marketing communication activities of the Company effectively; Ensure resources for business.

• Conduct market research, analyze competitors and propose appropriate improvement measures and strategy.

• Build and maintain relationship with: agencies, suppliers, press, business partners.

• Coordinate with the Sales Department and related departments to take care of customers, develop products and services of the Company.

• Coordinate the implementation events of company and community .

• Advise and propose to the Board of Directors solutions related to the field of communication.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

• Working experience: at least 02 years of experience as a Marketing Team Leader

• Experience with Ads, CRM, website, and POS

• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

• Priority is given to candidates with at least 5 years of experience in the field of hotel restaurants, wedding conferences, and lounges.
