Manager – Key Account (English – Chinese Speaking)
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Gather warehouse demands and work on rental proposals for ecommerce companies, third-party logistics companies,
freight forwarders, retailers, manufacturers
• Build and maintain networks with property agents, logistics associations, industry fellows
• Gather market intelligence and carry out industry research. Bring insights to team to formulate sales plan and strategy
• Work with marketing team to come up sales materials, promote BW and our warehouses
• Work closely with investment team on land acquisition proposals; construction team on warehouse building design
Job requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Minimum of 5-year experience working in logistics/supply chain
• Outgoing personality with a sales mindset
• Strong network in logistics warehouse, and e-commerce industry
• Self-driven and passionate
• Multi-tasking ability
• High level written and spoken English
• Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team
• Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
