I. Job Overview
- This position will be responsible for planning and executing all Human Resources (HR) tasks and initiatives including but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, Policies and Procedures, Staff Database; Employee Relations and Administration; Recruitment, Training and Development…
- Also take lead and manage the Administration team (if any) or outsourced suppliers in providing admin services to the area of messenger, reception, office clean and tidy, transportation, security…
- This position will also be responsible for taking the lead and organizing all Employee Engagement activities or staff company events in cooperation with the Trade Union and Staff Committee.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
1. HR COMPLIANCE & MAINTENANCE
• Carry out the required procedures in dealing with the Company’s HR matters to ensure they are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Vietnamese labor agencies/ authorities.
• Prepare and maintain proper record of all Employee employment documents, including Contract of Service, benefit letters, resignation documents, etc.
• Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintain and update the Company’s HR policies and procedures.
• Set up and maintain the Employee database system, Employee profiles to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on a timely basis.
• Implement and maintain proper and timely reporting systems/ procedures with the Social and Health Insurance, Labor and Immigration Department for all the Company’s Employees.
• Maintain and regularly update a database of the Government’s rules and regulations regarding HR and Labor issues and advise the Management promptly on respective changes/amendments of those rules and regulations.
2. RECRUITMENT
• Handle all matters related to Recruitment, including preparing recruitment advertisements/ materials, sourcing for qualified candidates, handling job applications, conducting interviews, and to assist in recruiting the most qualified and suitable candidates for the Company.
3. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
• Define performance management procedures and policies.
• Monitor performance appraisal for all staffs.
4. COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT
• Monitor Employees monthly payroll arrangement.
• Provide the Management with insightful feedback on current market remuneration and actively participate in the review and development of the Employee remuneration and benefit package of the Company.
• Handle other Employee welfare matters including Employee functions/ events/ outings.
• Manage all communications with staff in the company on HR related matters and liaise with the internal communications section where necessary.
• Be in-charge of -Employees Contract of Service/ probation/ confirmation/ contract renewal/ promotion/ disciplinary….
5. EMPLOYEE TRAINING
• Act as coordinator and facilitator for the Employee training activities.
• Keep track of all Employee training records/ outcome and provide the Management with the necessary feedback for improvement of Training activities.
6. LEADERSHIP AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT
• Lead a team of HR assistants (if needed) and be accountable for their performance.
• Provide proper training to HR team members and drive their professional grooming and development.
7. OTHERS
• Conduct induction and orientation programmers for newly employed Employee, by providing him/ her information such as Company’s background, activities, type of services, policies, dress code, working hours, etc.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University’ degree our above. The major in Human Resource, Business Administration is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience Human Resources especial in C&B and recruitment and/or HR Business Partner
• Comprehensive understanding in Vietnam Law and Labor management practice.
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Characteristics: Self-starting and ownership, hospitality, honest, detailed, people-oriented, business-partnering mindset, be able to handle detailed tasks and under fast-moving working environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and other MS Office tools. Experience in handling HR management system is a plus.
• Good presentation and training experience is preferable
• At least 5 years’ experience -Experience in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding is preferable
