Job Summary:
Manager – Deals Transformation proactively executes tasks and assists clients to drive rapid and sustainable release of cash from working capital by identifying the key drivers of working capital improvement, quantifying this opportunity based on levers and providing recommendations on activities required to realize the cash.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Executes Value creation, restructuring and engagements.
Helps identify opportunities for clients for optimizing business performance pre or post a transaction
Solutioning for capital constraints / issues , including debt or equity solutions.
Business acumen and problem solving mindset to quick diagnose client issues and propose solution hypotheses
Supports senior leadership in business development by interacting with clients, building value propositions and exhibit positive engagement with clients
Competencies
● Technical knowledge & and problem solving skills
- Detailed understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Quantitative data analysis for standard business performance elements like cost structure, Revenue / Sales Operations, Balance Sheet analysis on digital tools like MS Excel/PowerBI/Alteryx
- Analyze and presents pros and cons the analysis, findings, recommendations and analysis
- Displays a critical reading of financial statements, business models, notes to accounts and working capital related line items including schedules to statements
- Demonstrates technical competence (financial analytical skills, report writing skills)
- Demonstrates technical competence in an industry/specializes field
- Identifies the best way to construct analysis, capture data and present findings
- Write/Assist in thoroughly analyzed and structured findings in the reports
- Can work proficiently on research databases
- Maximizes own productivity level and efficiency by taking responsibility for managing own work schedule
● Awareness of services that the practice provides and support in Brand Building
- Networks internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of opportunities/issues that may impact his/her clients
- Assists Director/Partner in ideation and pitch preparation/ marketing materials/ credentials
- Assists Director/Partner in ideation and preparation of material for presentation at any public forum/ newsletter/ any other thought leadership initiative, etc.
● Develops Commercial Acumen and build rapport
- Brings value to the client and manager by applying this knowledge in delivering solutions to clients
- Develops Client business knowledge
- Helps articulate the service offerings to local clients
- Abreast with working capital trends through reports/newspaper and though leadership by competitors
- Develops rapport with the middle and senior levels of client management
- Is inquisitive, looks for possibilities, rather than just problems

- Contributes information to knowledge sharing tools
- Shares knowledge and experiences with others via formal and informal methods
- Shares information willingly and keeps others informed and up to date
- Supports Knowledge Sharing Efforts
● Adherence to standard
- Ensures necessary compliance of standard deliverables in a consistent manner
- Ensures compliance with standard good practices for quality control and efficient execution of the projects
- Application and adherence to the standardized work documents and tools (such as STP/pitch/transaction documents/report templates/models, etc.)
● Project Management
- Sets realistic deadlines and objectives for self
- Consistently completes work on time
- Follows through and wraps up loose ends
- Keeps others informed of status and activities
● Team work and overall development
- Contributes ideas/opinions to team discussions
- Displays strong interpersonal skills
- Contributes to effective teamwork in internal engagement situations
- Co-operates and interacts effectively with others and contributes to a positive working environment
- Ability to work across groups, with Managers/Sr. Managers

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education
- A post-graduate degree in management (emphasis in Finance or Operations preferred) or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience
- More than seven years of consulting experience or similar relevant experience
- Professional Services/Consulting experience preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of major industry sector trends preferred
- Proven ability to work and influence cross-functionally and geographically and with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and departments
- Experience in being part of client-focused advisory solutions
