Mall Senior Leasing Officer

We are looking for (01) Mall Senior Leasing Officer for our upcoming shopping mall at Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem Project - Ho Chi Minh City.

Position Overview:

The Mall Leasing Supervisor is responsible for market analysis and executing the leasing strategies for Lotte Eco Smart City shopping mall. This includes market researching, floor & concept planning and maintaining strong relationships with potential tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- To set up store concept, target customers, floor plans, tenancy mix, differentiation strategy, specialized areas for the LOTTE ECO SMART CITY THU THIEM project.

- To research and report on market trends, new content, and competitor analysis as references for or the LOTTE ECO SMART CITY THU THIEM project

- To build relationship with potential tenants for future leasing activities

Required abilities

- Understanding of Vietnam retail market (especially Ho Chi Minh City Marketing) & trends, experience of setting up store concept, store positioning, floor plans, tenancy mixes, and differentiation strategies based on market research and findings

- Understanding of shopping mall business model, profit structure, tenant leasing process

- Leadership skills, experience in efficiently managing team

- (optional extra) Understanding of architectural drawing, and related facilities

- (optional extra) Proficiency or basic skill in AutoCAD

Required Experience

- Min 2 years of working experience in leasing department of major shopping malls in HCM City

- (Optional extra) Experience in opening new retail project (required abilities: setting up store concept, tenant mix, area design etc.)

- (Optional extra) Professional in the F&B industry
