Maintenance Staff/Nhân Viên Bảo Dưỡng

1. Die Grinding Staff

• Work in the grinding room with modern machinery and equipment in a clean, air-conditioned environment.

• Working hours: Office hours (8 AM - 5 PM).

• Main responsibilities:

- Operate high-precision grinding machines (5 micrometers) and maintain stamping die.

- Plan die testing after grinding and report results.

- Perform periodic maintenance on machinery and equipment in the grinding room.

- Improve and enhance the efficiency of machinery and equipment.

- Support other maintenance positions as needed.

2. Stamping Die Maintenance Staff

• Work on the grinding production line.

• Working hours: 3 shifts

- Shift 1: 6 AM - 2 PM

- Shift 2: 2 PM - 10 PM

- Shift 3: 10 PM - 6 AM

• Main responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair stamping die.

- Maintain and repair production machinery (TIG welding machines, feeder machines, etc.).

- Monitor, plan, and report on die maintenance after stamping.

- Improve and enhance the efficiency of machinery and equipment.

- Support other maintenance positions as needed.

General Requirements:

• Graduated from Intermediate, College, or University in an engineering-related field.

• Under 36 years old.

• Prior experience in a similar position is an advantage

Requirements for Mechanical Staff:

• Possess sufficient knowledge of die and steel forming.

• Skilled in die repair and maintenance.

• Knowledgeable in using 2D CAD, 3D software, and Microsoft Office.

• Experienced in operating and maintaining tools such as drilling machines, welding machines, and grinding machines.
