Maintenance Manager

Purpose:

• Responsible for overall maintenance, repair and/or replacement of

plant manufacturing equipment and the overall facility itself

Main duties:

• Oversees, plans and assign work for maintenance’s employees in order

to implement equipment modifications as well as preventative and any

corrective maintenance.

• Prepares, coordinates maintenance resources and gives solutions for

continuous improvement projects.

• Build the maintenance plan/spare part needs based on AOP target,

keep track, control and manage maintenance cost, ensure that all

important spare parts are in stock.

• Work with suppliers as necessary to discuss spare parts used in repair

work and/or projects that need to be completed.

• Communicates with the maintenance team to ensure all incidents are

solved promptly. Ensuring the continuity of all machines and technical

devices running used in the production process.

• Provide solutions and troubleshooting during breakdown and reduce

the down time & lead time.

• Develop and implement a plan of preventive inspections, repairs,

modernization of machines, molds and technical devices.

• Build the policies, procedures of maintenance; train subordinates and

factory's employees to ensure good maintenance activities.

• Tracks, analyst and improves the Maintenance department’s KPIs in

the areas of efficiency, downtime reduction, overall maintenance cost

and preventative maintenance compliance.

• Coordinate with Engineering team to participate in project related to

installing new machine. Receive and in charge of ensuring operation

and maintain machine’s performance.

• Coordinate with EHS team to do risk-assessment for all equipment and

gives right solution to ensure facilities system to meet regulation.

• Another task required by Site Director

Working location: Trang Bang, Tay Ninh (shutle bus at Tan Binh IP, Binh Phuoc crossroads)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial, electrical, engineering disciplines or relevant majors

• English: Fluency

• MS Office: Ms. Office

• At least 4 years at the equivalent position in the manufacturing company.

• Familiar with AutoCAD

• Proven experience working with electrical systems, cooling systems, other utility & auxiliary systems.

• Good writing, consulting, and presentation skills

• Skills to handle situations, solve problems fast, flexibly, and decisively.

• Effective control and risk prevention skill

• Management skill

• Interact with functional departments.

• Ability to handle large pressure work.

• Ability to handle urgent tasks quickly.
