Maintenance Engineer (Go Dau LPG Plant) - Dong Nai

*Key Activities:

- Handle the CMMS program as supervisor role.

- Plan and schedule rotating equipment maintenance to ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment.

- Track all work requests raised to make sure they are timely closed.

- Track all periodic inspections (tanks, pipings, pipelines, pressure gauge, scales, weighbridge, PRVs, …), make sure they are all in valid and up to date.

- Print out daily work orders (WO) and close work orders after maintenance / repairs are done

- Order parts for daily jobs from warehouse and outside vendors.

- Plan for purchasing spare parts. Purchasing, controlling and monitoring spare parts.

- Be responsible for repairing control electronics/automation system (SCADA, PLC, ATS, sensors, other control electronics equipment…)

- Follow up and reporting the maintenance activities.

- Utilize key performance indicators, audits, and analysis in order to recommend and implement system improvements.

- Support Maintenance Supervisor for developing the scope of work for Maintenance Projects.

- Support Maintenance Supervisor to manage contractors who perform work of preventive maintenance periodically or project in the plant.

- Coordinate ISO activities of Maintenance Section.

- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

- Graduated from University with degree in relevant Engineering: Electric/Automation with minimum 1 years’ experience

- Have knowledge and repairing experience about LPG Pump, LPG Compressor, Air compressor, SCADA, CMMS are advantages

- Using Autocad 2D/3D

- Ability to speak fluently both Vietnamese and English

- Proficiency in computer skills

- Hard-working, good collaboration and communication

- Ability to work under high pressure
