Maintenance Engineer

POSITION DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for making maintenance plans for packing machines in the years, months, days.

- Implementing follow maintenance plans, monitoring the machines to ensure stable operation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implementing requests from superiors and production department:

+ Receive the abnormalities information from preventive group;

+ Analyze and make plans to handle anomalies;

+ Make plan, arranging personnel for implementation;

+ Make maintenance plan for years, months, days.

- Employee control:

+ Check whether the employees ensure the safety and environment before, during and after the job execution;

+ Control execution plan on schedule.

- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors:

+ Some tasks related to salary and benefits for employees;

+ Manage ISO system records;

+ Support maintenance the machine;

+ Implement and control the daily jobs of subordinates.

- Cooperate with other groups to complete the assigned tasks:

+ Cooperate and follow plans to deal with anomalies;

+ Cooperate with teams to find out the root cause of the abnormalities and evaluate the results after repairing.

- Male from 22 to 27 years old;

- Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Control and Automation or related majors;

- Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office;

- Knowledge of mechanical drawing;

- Knowledge of maintenance, installing machine procedure;

- Knowledge of mechanical transmission;

- Be careful, honest, and passionate about mechanical, automation control;

- Experience in packing machines or automation system is a priority.
