Maintenance Engineer

A. Carry out the routine and basic tasks within the scope of work, based on the procedures:

1. Implementation of requirements from the production:

Receive, perform, and control jobs related to device status monitoring;

Prepare plan, progress of implementing workshop requirements for monitoring equipment status;

Planning and control the proposed plan for the site requirements.

2. Construction contractor control:

Check construction plans to ensure safely, environment before, during and after construction;

Quality control of measuring equipment, measuring methods, accuracy of machine condition assessment;

Make construction schedule and control the work execution according to the set schedule;

Timely information anomaly equipment to the appraisal team and plan;

Recordkeeping.

3. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors:

Support machine appraisal and maintenance;

Learn about new machines.

B. Complete the assignment tasks on time to achieve the expected target.

C. Collaborate and coordinate with other teams to complete the assigned tasks:

Coordinate and monitor plans to deal with anomalies with the Appraisal-Plan team;

Work with the repair team to find out the cause of the abnormality and evaluate the results after correction.

D. Understand the department's goals.

Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Mechanical Field, Mechanical, Automatic Engineering, or related majors;

Read and understand drawings of equipment

Understand vibration, machine principle;

Understand materials, corrosion and choose the right materials

Understand the process of processing and installing machines;

Know how to use vibration measuring equipment;

Have a safety certificate for safety training on equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene;

Be careful, precise, and responsible;

Be proficient in English and Microsoft Office.

Experience in rotating equipment is an advantage
