Maintenance Assistant Manager - Nhà máy Hà Nam

Accountabilities:

1. Day to day execute effective Process and Packaging line net efficiency.

2. Day to day execute the service level of Process and Packaging maintenance improvement program.

3. Day to day execute maintenance for food safety program in Process and Packaging engineering.

4. Support related CAPEX within budget plan as well as deliver all the projects on time and within scope.

5. Support continuous improvement thru productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target.

6. Support Process and Packing IPS Audit program.

7. Support related Safety issue in Production line.

Measures:

1. % NE (technical) for Process and Packing

2. % Packaging Job order completion.

3. Number of food safety incident.

4. % CAPEX spending and % On time

5. Productivity saving from Engineering target

6. Packaging IPS Audit program to archive score target.

7. % Loss time injury, number of near miss report and safety

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, preferably within the food, FMCG manufacturing, or consumer goods industries. Relevant positions include Engineer Supervisor, Mechanical Supervisor, Industrial Services, Maintenance & Improvement, or Mechanical Engineer, among others.

• Strong knowledge of various mechanical systems, including HVAC, conveyors, motors, pumps, compressors and other industrial machinery.

• Proficiency in establishing, implementing, and overseeing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.

• Ability to effectively transfer knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures and best practices within the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with other departments, such as production, quality control, and engineering.

• Assets Management and Planning, including M&I and decision support and reporting tools in maintenance system, and the requirements to ensure good quality information.

• Strong project management capabilities, particularly in coordinating maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
