M&E Supervisor

BROAD FUNCTION OF JOB

The job holder is responsible for supervising the assigned area of works, meeting the Department’s function and responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor renovation works;

2. Monitor and supervise a team of Comfort technicians to carry out preventive maintenance and daily routine works;

3. Troubleshooting and fault finding of M&E services;

4. Supervision of contractors;

5. Monitor daily store operation;

6. Attend to complaints;

• Bachelor Degree with related major;

• At least 03-year experience in M&E in which at least 01-year experience in the same position;

• Experience in working for MNC is favorable;

• Being able to communicate in English;

• Proficient in MS Office application and specific software application;

• Being able to work independently while owning a strong teamwork spirit;

• Hard working & trustworthy;
