Logistics Staff

1 - Job description:

1.1 Customs declaration Staff

• Control, follow and check all import/export shipments activities and customs clearance.

• Communicate with forwarders and related parties to make sure cargo receipt under the schedule.

• Save Customs documents, check payment from forwarders

• Other duties assigned by Manager

1.2 Logistics Staff

• Implementing processes involved in a supply chain/ logistic operation and liaise with a variety of parties, including Planning team, Purchasing team, forwarder agents to handle transportation, and ensure on-time delivery

• Be responsible for accurate shipping documents and follow up shipping schedule.

• Checking and issuing all related documents for outbound shipments, including invoices, packing lists, BL, Certificates of Origin, etc.

• Tasked with handling customer requests promptly and professionally.

• Other duties assigned by Manager.

• Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding/logistics.
