Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead, inspire, and guide the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives.
o Conduct performance evaluations, offer feedback, and provide ongoing coaching.
o Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive organizational growth and achieve business goals.
o Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capture untapped market share.
o Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team, managing the sales pipeline to ensure consistent results.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Lead contract negotiations and close deals to optimize revenue potential.
o Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and ongoing support.
4. Sales Reporting & Analysis:
o Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to refine and adapt strategies.
o Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to senior leadership.
o Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
o Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
o Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on budget management, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience & Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
o Proven success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management.
o Proficient in sales and CRM software, along with strong analytical skills to assess and adapt strategies.
• Additional Requirements:
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
o Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships and sales efforts.
o Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to lead by example.
