Logistics Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Logistics management

• Shipping:

- Liaise with freight forwarder to organize all shipments in line with company requirements.

- Follow up the master shipping scheduling and prepare all form and e-documents needed for master scheduling prior to start of export shipment since Vietnam and China.

- Deal with the nominated agents aim to solve the related problem with the vessel schedule at Vietnam.

- Understand SOP to upgrade the manuals from consignee.

• Customs declaration

- Prepare and complete all necessary import - export documentations, including invoices,

packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, .. ensuring accuracy and compliance with

regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with customs agent and authorities to ensure timely clearance of shipments,

resolve any issues or any discrepancies, and facility the smooth flow of goods through customs

checkpoints.

• Customs liquidation

- Understand the implementation of VNACCS system

- Prepare annual customs settlement report.

2. Trucking management

- Arrange export shipment of any means of transportation, keep transportation records, and

track until the shipment arrives at port of discharge.

- Follow the import shipments and inform relevant departments the factory estimated time of

arrival.

3. Express management

- Arrange domestic and international express delivery by request from departments.

- Track the shipment and follow the situation of packages.

4. Shuttle bus and car management

- Plan and manage the daily transportation and weekend travel for employees.

- Arrange the company car for other tasks: working travel, guest pick-up, ...

- Liaise with transport companies to improve the quality of service.

- Oversee the weekly car usage schedule.

5. Payment and Reporting

- Monitor and prepare payments for services- related expense provider.

- Monthly cost reporting to manager.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain management, International business or related fields

* Experience: Minimum of 2 year experiences in Import-export field, Logistics operation, especially in EPE company

* Skills:

• Strong command in English, Chinese is preferable

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;

• High pressure tolerance
