Logistics Officer

- Collaborating with other team members to develop plans for goods delivery from one location to another

- Control logistics costs and related expense

- Connect to the shipping line and FWD for checking schedule and arranging booking

- Coordinating shipping or/and truck schedules and routes with transportation companies to ensure that goods arrive on time and without damage

- Managing inventory control and assist stock count monthly

- Planning and coordinating the movement of materials and products within an organization using advanced computer and systems

- Ensuring that shipping packages are properly labeled with articles names, order reference, weights, etc.

- Coordinating with customs at ports to ensure that incoming or outgoing shipments meet all legal requirements for in/out of the country

- Monitor the progress of shipment in real time

Educational Background

- Requirement (degree of which level): college or higher

- Major: Economics, foreign trade, import-export, logistics.

Years of Related Work Experience: At least 03 years of working experience in the tannery is at advantage

Other Qualifications, Certifications Needs

- Oracle knowledge is an advantage

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English

- Familiar with Incoterm 2020
