1. Planning strategies /plans to develop large Korean customers throughout the Company (KA)
- Analyze SWOT and advise the CEO on the direction of developing Key Account for the Korean line throughout the system.
- Planning to develop Key Account for Korean route throughout the system according to the Company's orientation:
• Plan to develop Joint sales with agents and plan to attack domestic and foreign vendors to develop Korean key accounts through 2 ends.
• Build /update policies to strengthen and develop relationships with current Korean Key Accounts
2. Operate the development department for large Korean customers throughout the company
a. Set up department organizational structure
- Set up the organizational structure of the KA department Korean line throughout the company including Korean line KA on Corp, KA Korean line under branches, offices, domestically and internationally, ensuring smooth and optimal operations.
- Fight Evaluate, screen, recruit and train staff to ensure operational requirements.
b. Operate room operations
- Assign work to direct personnel at the Corp/domestic and foreign branches to implement approved plans to ensure completion of set goals, including but not limited to new customer development and maintenance operations existing customer service quality.
- Supervise the implementation of relationship policies with Korean Key Accounts throughout the system, propose optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in assessing the status of processes, regulations, and service standards to come up with plans to improve the quality of Korean KA customer care services.
3. Other jobs
- Report work to the General Director periodically weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually or unexpectedly
- Manage and train staff of the Korean Line KA Department, build a succession team; Other related operational work
- Perform Other tasks when assigned by the General Director.

Have at least 03 years of experience in the position of Head of Korean Sales Department or equivalent in Corporations. Priority is given to candidates with experience in the logistics industry.
Korean native communication
