[Logistics] Branch Manager/ Senior Sales Manager - Up to $2500

1. Coordinate and Oversee Sales Department Activities:

• Assign and manage the list of potential clients for the sales team, while also developing new leads.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance.

• Train and develop the team’s skills and knowledge, driving their professional growth.

2. Take Responsibility for Sales Performance:

• Report sales results weekly and monthly to the Board of Directors.

• Break down company-set sales targets into weekly and monthly goals.

• Implement corrective actions if sales targets are not met.

• Develop action plans to achieve the company's profit goals.

• Motivate and apply necessary pressure on the sales team to deliver the best results.

3. Plan, Guide, and Supervise Team Members:

• Provide motivation and encourage team members to exceed expectations.

• Oversee team performance, identifying solutions and plans to improve outcomes.

• Mentor and guide team members in alignment with company goals and vision.

4. Participate in Internal Audits and Process Improvement:

• Identify and propose corrective and preventive measures for service and process issues.

• Continuously suggest improvements to enhance service quality and reduce work pressure.

• Ensure adherence to internal processes and procedures across departments, avoiding overstepping authority.

1. Education:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in International Economics, Foreign Trade, or Logistics).

2. Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the logistics industry.

• Strong understanding of the company’s operational field.

• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.

• Demonstrated ability to generate business ideas that drive profitability.

3. Related Knowledge:

• Solid foundation in freight forwarding and logistics.

• Strong negotiation skills for working with both domestic and international partners.

• Competence in strategic planning.

4. Other Skills:

• Proficient in conversational English
