• Manage import/export shipping operations for sea shipments.

• Build strong partnerships with customs, forwarders, carriers, and trucking companies.

• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.

• Report operational issues to management promptly.

• Lead and inspire the operations team to achieve excellence.

• Leverage relationships with customs and shipping lines to streamline processes.

• 1 years of experience in shipping operations/customer service, including 1 years in a leadership role.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

• Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in the local language and proficient in English.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Candidates with connections to customs and shipping lines are preferred.
