Logistic Coordinator

Position Description:

• Comprehensive trade operations involve a wide range of products including apparel, shoes, bags; household goods such as kitchenware, tableware, and cleaning supplies; as well as furniture like wooden furnishings, sofas, and storage items.

• Managing trade documentation process in collaboration with partner manufacturers and forwarders.

• Performing data entry of shipping related document into company internal system.

1. Proficiency in Basic PC operation (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet).

2. At least 2 years’ experience in trade operations, familiar with trade document, and able to communicate in English with importers exporters utilizing trade terminology.

3. Able to check each item on trade documents in detail and judge whether it is correct or incorrect.

4. Language: fluent in English is required, and having Japanese language skills is a plus.
