Livestream Management

1. Content creation & trend development:

• Come up with ideas, plans and Livestream scripts suitable for each campaign, each customer group (including: livestream schedule announcement, content, caption, minigame,... in livestream)

• Build creative content, Sale programs, Livestream campaigns to promote the brand.

• Be responsible for image quality, visual, sound, light... to bring customers the best livestream viewing experience, contributing to increasing sales.

• Continuously update and grasp industry market information,... to grasp trends and develop professional capacity.

2. Manage sales, conversion indexes & achieve targets:

• Receive sales targets, work targets & conversion indexes, from there, plan & specific campaigns to achieve staff & team targets.

• Quickly handle incidents (technical, content, situations... livestream/creative content) within the capacity, authority & scope allowed.

3. Manage, build & develop the team

• Arrange work schedules for team staff. From there, arrange live rooms and manage equipment serving the live room.

• Support staff. Closely monitor daily activities, work progress, prescribed time & staff's working attitude to ensure effective implementation & work quality.

• Support recruitment, training & update training on knowledge, skills, techniques & Livestream trends for Livestream staff to bring optimal live quality & efficiency

4. Report on sales and customer status of each livestream

5. Perform other tasks within the scope of expertise as required by the BOD

• Graduated from University majoring in marketing, communications, economics... or related majors.

• Have at least 01 year of experience operating multi-channel Livestream

• Understand professional knowledge about livestream, knowledge about e-commerce platforms

• Passionate about livestream and e-commerce

• Good data analysis skills and logical thinking

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Have a sense of responsibility, honesty, open-mindedness and ability to withstand pressure.
