Legal staff (FDI company)

- Legal Consultancy

+ Assist the Legal Specialist with day-to-day operational legal matters.

+ Help create templates, forms, contracts, agreements, and other documents.

+ Draft and review contracts and related documents to mitigate legal risks for the company.

+ Coordinate with internal departments, consulting firms, and government bodies regarding legal inquiries.

- Internal Control

+ Draft and revise the company's internal regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

+ Assist in minimizing negative media attention or crises, if they arise.

+ Monitor changes in the legal landscape in Vietnam and promptly inform the Legal Specialist and Board of Directors.

Administration

+ Provide training on legal matters to company members.

+ Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company's managers and Legal Specialist.

- Strong understanding of corporate and related legal regulations relevant to the role.

- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages (Chinese/Japanese) being a plus.

- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, professionalism, and maturity.

- Capable of independent research and effective teamwork, even under pressure.

- Enthusiastic, eager to take on new projects and challenges, and enjoys professional growth opportunities.
